Handy but basic
Liked: I was expecting this hostel to be basic and that was fine. The room was clean and as expected. If you are doing the Camino it is super handy, right on the walk at the top of Sarria meaning you can start the day without having to hike up through the town. The showers and bathroom were also clean but it was the kitchen that was filthy. I had actually had a bad stomach coming into the Hostel and just wanted some plain rice. The microwave was caked in dirt, the walls splashed, the cutlery drawer full of crumbs. No care or attention given at all. The living area was also dated and basic. Great value if you're on a budget but I expected a bit more care of the place.
