DONT STAY THERE IS BED BUGS
Liked: Nothing they are lying and avoiding telling the truth about having bed bugs, you will get bed bugs if you stay here and they are denying it. Just except you have bed bugs and clean your blankets.
Disliked: I arrived at 9:30pm and on booking.com it says the reception is open until 10:30pm but it’s not. The hostel is completely open from the street and anyone can walk in directly into the rooms which is so concerning for safety as I literally walked in to my room as they messaged me saying go to the room and there is a piece of paper on your bed. Literally any random person off the street can come in. Then I lay under the blanket and start getting bitten immediately by bed bugs. I call the night a manger number and he was extremely rude to me. Also he left a comment on my Google review saying the room was “peaceful” until I called but I literally called from outside the room? He then said “we don’t have bed bugs” and hung up on the call. Well you do have bed bugs as it was my first night on the Camino and I got bitten all over? Just clean the hostel all the deflection is so disturbing and will just led to more people getting bed bugs.

Disliked: Shower light goes off after a few minutes - have your phone torch ready!
