  Service from staff was abismal

  Liked: The location. That’s it.

  Disliked: The check in experience was the worst in my experience. Everything had to be done online. If you don’t have data or WiFi,you’re screwed. Communicating with staff was by phone or WhatsApp. Nothing was in person. Had to get iPhone shared data from a stranger to complete check in. The furniture needs replacing. While antique furniture is great, it would be nice if they were fully padded. There was also no heat or air conditioning and no fridge even though this was rented as an apartment. From this experience I will never recommend the location.
