Great apartment. Incompetent management
Liked: The apartment was nice and clean.
Disliked: Oktheway does not communicate with the customer and does. It rose care of them. I booked a room close to the train station and my follow-on hotel. They changed it to one about a mile further away and didn’t flag they for me. So at 2200 last night I had to schlep my bags through Sarria for a mile to get to my place. And their electronic door opening system didn’t work. Had a lady not been walking her dog at 2300 I would have had to sleep outside. I emailed them, SMSd them and whatsapped them and got no response. It was incredibly frustrating. And then today I had someone come into the apartment without knocking and another tried about an hour later but the door was locked. They never knocked or sent a message. This is not the way to treat guests. I warned them I would give them a negative review and never got a response.

Liked: I LOVED how clean and spacious it was! Very comfortable. I can't wait to come back with more people.
Disliked: I liked everything. I would just like to point out to travelers that although it is about a 3 mins walk from the train station, it is about a 15 mins walk walk to Rua Malecon do Rio Sarria which is the street with all the cafes and restaurants. I didn't mind the walk at all, I rather enjoyed it but just a heads up.
