  Not as advertised

  Liked: This property was not as advertised. It said 2 bedrooms but when we arrived there was only 1 and 1 bed. We needed 2. I spent an hour on the phone to booking to ask for the other door to be unlocked to let us into the other bedroom. It took 6 hours before we had the key..Apparently they only open the other bedroom if 5 people book but that wasn’t said in the ad What if there had been a mother and son or father and daughter or 2 men. I imagine that they would want their own bed.

  Disliked: The lock box was extremely hard to open. In the end a very kind Spanish man managed to get it open. However when we were leaving we couldn’t open it again so had to leave the keys on the inside of the main door. The shower head was useless. There were no tea towels or kettle. The business with the bedrooms spoilt the whole trip. We left in the morning as soon as it was light. A huge disappointment!,

  Liked: Very central location, beautiful views from the terrace. Location is just best, as very close to important sites, quiet at the same time. Owner reacted very quickly to solve wifi problem, it was solved in minutes.

  Disliked: The rooms were cold in November, especially bathroom, which was on the balcony. It would be convinient to have coffee machine or kettle in the kitchen.

  Excellent location but it's a walk from the carpark

  Liked: Location Terrace

  Disliked: No mention bathroom was on the terrace in the description or that there are steep stairs to the apartment. No instructions on how to access internet. Booked for 2 people, 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom locked so one of us slept on the sofa. Bathroom, toilet wobbly and unsafe, shower wasn't cleaned. No instructions on how to pay for our dogs and then received a complaint we hadn't paid. Dishwasher wasn't clean. Kickboard kept falling off.
