  A lovely spot to relax outside of town

  Liked: It was outside of the town so we had no trouble with parking. The facilities are excellent and we enjoyed a very relaxing dinner on the outside patio. It was very clean and well equipped. We would definitely recommend this for anyone travelling to Setenil.

  Disliked: We got locked out of the house. It was a lovely day and after arriving and plugging our phones in to charge after the days drive we went out to enjoy the backyard by the pool. We left the door partly open but a light draft easily blew it shut and here we were locked out with the keys on the table inside! Fortunately one person had opened the window to their room so we were able to use a chair to boost her up and through the window. We certainly had a good laugh at ourselves as we were very lucky!

  A peaceful and relaxing place with lovely gardens and pool

  Liked: The property is set in its own enclosed grounds. It is very private and safe with flat parking for several cars. It has its own pool and several different seating areas, including sun loungers, in the sun and shade. There is also a toilet near the pool area which is handy when outside. All the bedrooms had independent air conditioning units. One bedroom and bathroom were on the ground floor and the other bedrooms and bathroom were upstairs. There was a nice terrace off the hall with excellent views over the olive groves and hills to the back of the property. The TV worked well and we were able to watch Netflix films etc on it.

  Disliked: It was obvious that the property has been a holiday home for a while now and it could do with a new settee, as we did find it a little uncomfortable. Also we slept downstairs and the bed was a double, although it was very comfortable, we really struggled with the small size of a double. Wifi was quite slow for us, so in the end we paired the phones to our laptops which worked fine as there is a good 5G signal.

  The property and the privacy it gave us was perfect, everything was provided

  Liked: Location was perfect, and the parking on site was a bonus:) The privacy which allowed my small furry friend some freedom and safety in the grounds was lovely:)

  Disliked: The property provided everything and more, there was nothing to dislike.

  Liked: It was magic - we used the fireplace and felt very cosy. The garden is amazing! Kids were happy with the multiple toy cars outsides.

  Disliked: The pool was not clean to swim. It is not the season for that though. You will hear the road from the bedrooms, which didn’t bother us.
