  Terrible

  Liked: It was clean

Disliked: The customer service representative was very rude; there was no car park and no view. I’d booked it based on these details, but it didn’t meet any of the criteria, and when I asked the customer service representative about this, they said, ‘If you don’t like it, you can leave.’

  A very nice place!

Liked: In addition to the outstanding and friendly communication with the host Miriam, everything was very nice. The check in was very smooth, the room was clean, somewhat small, however its location absolutely great!

  Fine

Liked: The shower and the bed were okay. The hostel is in the old city, so everything is in walking distance.

Disliked: There was no parking actually (theoretically there is, if you book it in advance, but we missed that), and also nowhere near. Please do not try to drive around in the old city, it's miserable. The bathroom was fairly dirty, there's no AC, and you can hear literally everything that is going on in the hostel.

Fraud attempts with all reservation data from stranger in whatsapp, they are compromised

Disliked: There is no reception, so you need to enter a 6 digits code on the front door and on you room door, on pad where the numbers are erased, en in the room case very small buttons that do not work well, every time you want to come in. The main problem is that I have received 2 fraud attempts through whastapp with all the information of my reservation, that has been leaked fro Booking or from the Hostal, and 3 other friends out of 5 that we traveled together, had suffered whatsapp fraud attempts. I reported this to Booking and to the Hostal, and they only tell me to ignore them and that they are working on it, but they haven't reported it to authorities this data breach.
