    Liked: Position

Disliked: Yesterday I arrived late and had to go straight into a work call with people who were waiting for me. I quickly left my luggage and didn't realize that towels were completely missing. Sadly, I only discovered this late at night upon returning to the hotel. To make matters worse, I had to leave very early this morning. To avoid wasting time and missing my schedule, I was forced to dry myself using my own clothes. Missing something so basic is shameful and honestly unacceptable.
