Exceptional
Fantastic location, breakfast and vista
Liked: Beautiful main facilities and great breakfast. Very good location.
Disliked: Room was a lower basement room and was a little dark/ could do with updating but this is being fussy! Car parking was so helpful but directions weren’t clear.

Liked: Beautiful welcoming hotel. Spacious bedroom. Gorgeous view from balcony. Lovely staff. Great location. Amazing breakfast. Everything was perfect, I was super happy and hope to return one day.
Needs some work
Liked: Nice view of the hotel/mountains from room/balcony. Good breakfast. Parking nearby.
Disliked: NO HOT WATER DURING OUR STAY!!! We were not informed by reception when we checked in, and had to ask why the hot water wasn't working. They responded that a plumber was coming the next day and asked us to run the shower for 15 to 20 minutes, following which a small amount of hot water arrived with very low water pressure. This continued for our whole stay of 3 nights... Air con only turns on when the doors are shut so the rooms are quite stuffy. The worst part was that the staff didn't seem concerned about any of this.

Very nice stay
Liked: Breakfast was fantastic with lots of options to please everyone. Nice shower, comfortable bed, nice toiletries, refrigerator. There's also a nice fitness center with steam and dry saunas, although we didn't use it. They had a diffuser attachment for the hairdryer in the room, which is unique and appreciated. Quiet room.
Disliked: For the price, there are a few things that could have been better. There was a smart TV in the room, with streaming app buttons on the remote, and the WiFi worked, but the TV wouldn't connect to the WiFi. Reception just said no, it doesn't work. There was a kettle in the room, but only instant coffee and black tea. I did ask for te de Manzanilla, and the person at reception went somewhere to look for it, came back and said no. But they did have that tea at breakfast. Also, the parking directions in English weren't exactly accurate - it's AT the first roundabout, not after - but I won't fault them for not speaking perfect English. Lol. Overall, a very nice stay, just a few small things would make a nice stay an exceptional one.
