Exceptional
Great, comfortable, quiet, relaxing
Liked: Wonderful surroundings, quiet area. Great if you are hiking around in the area. Breakfast great. Liked to go for the short walk outside to go for breakfast.
Disliked: Just around the building we were staying it was all a bit messy, yoiu have to realize that this is a farming area - so dont expect 5 star outside maintenance.
Beautiful hotel and surroundings, restful week!
Liked: The grounds and environment are gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious. Appreciated the shuttle to and from Soller and Soller port in the evening.
Liked: Beautiful setting, lovely trees, secluded rooms, incredibly helpful staff, yoga mats, a shuttle to Sóller and Port Sóller. A cool and interesting shaped swimming pool and even saw two kingfishers.
Disliked: A huge thunderstorm but we managed a good walk on nearby paths anyway.
The hotel was busy and should have catered properly for its guests
Liked: Idyllic location with great views of the surrounding countryside. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A particular thanks to Bruno and Ines.
Disliked: I was disappointed in the room allocated. It was not the suite shown in the photographs I was provided with when I booked. There are no photographs of this particular room on the website. On arrival I was told there would be no lunch service available and that the restaurant would be closed for dinner on two of the nights. The honesty bar at the pool was extremely honest in so far as it wasn’t stocked. I attempted to book for dinner at 5pm one evening to be told there was no tables available. The dinner menu was very limited and a hotel with of this standard could provide a more extensive variety.
Just what we needed. A real tonic
Liked: Everything! Beautiful location. Great size rooms, cleaned everyday with fresh towels.Tasty breakfasts with superb mountain views.Professional helpful staff.
Disliked: Mosquitos! Take good anti bite spray.
