Guest reviews
Very good
Liked: All very good
We would stay there again
Liked: Great location, facility and staff.
Disliked: Small rooms very late breakfast
I couldn’t rest much
Liked: Breakfast was ok.
Disliked: If you arrive late then they leave you a room key on an envelope at the door, but they haven’t contacted me beforehand to let me know about it, claiming they could not send message via booking App. Besides the room they assigned me was used by some guests to change clothes after using the Spa and it was not cleaned up after. They said that I could have called to ask for a room change, but as they don’t have 24 hour reception during winter time I would have to wait for someone to come to the hotel late at night. They offered me the breakfast as compensation.
Liked: When we arrived we had to wait some time for anyone to come to reception to check in. Room was ok but the floor was pretty grubby. We had no hot water, we told them & she said the plumber was working on it. We did get hot water not long after, then our air conditioning wiuldt work. It was about 30 degrees so pretty hot. We told them & we went out for a drink & by the time we got back it had been fixed. So pretty good service. Breakfast was very good.
