Customer service not acceptable. This apartment has the potential to be a great place to stay, the service lets it down

Liked: Decent sized apartment, has the potential to be great for a group.

Disliked: Several of the beds didn’t have pillow cases or quilt covers, and one quilt actually had brown stains on it. One of the sockets fell off the wall, and whilst I was able to put it back, it should have been attended to straight away. I brought these points to the attention of the “bot” on the WhatsApp number provided. They tried fobbing me off on several occasions before saying someone would attend … Nobody attended in the 4 nights we were there. The key pick up and drop off is in Puerto de la Duquesa which is 21 km away, a 25 minute drive away, No toilet roll is provided, or shower gel.

Lovely apartment just a shame around the garden area and cleanliness

Liked: Lovely comfortable beds, had everything we needed in the property

Disliked: The garden area was all overgrown and unfortunately the cleaning was not as we would have expected. Cobwebs and a lot of dead bugs in corner areas (which my toddler was drawn to)

Nice place to have a relax time!

Liked: Spacious and clean! Had all we needed.

Disliked: The keys pick up and drop off system, had to drive 20min each way from the property, instead to have a safety box like any other renting property!

  Poor

Liked: Hi here is why our experience was not good: 1. You have to pick off and drop the keys 30 minutes away! 2. Although it was May and a pool was supposed to be open, nothing was open. This was super disappointing 3. The app seem to have a electricity problem. The dishwasher stopped working - no one was reacting.

Had an amazing stay at the apartment it was perfect and stunning, the staff were very helpful when an issue occurred for

Liked: The apartment was stunning.. large spacious rooms, lovely patio area and amazing view

Disliked: Having to collect and drop the keys off 30 minutes away from property and check in not till 4pm, I highly recommend a coded key lock box at the property.

  DISSAPPOINTING, DUPED & TERRIBLE SERVICE

Liked: the view is nice, and the local beach is nice.

Disliked: Property mis advertised, there is no access to the pool, very disappointed children, spent a fortune finding other things to entertain them. we were not made aware of this issue until 2 days into the holiday. I feel very duped. Also you have to drive 20minutes another town to collect and return keys, this i find terrible service and frankly ridiculous. Note this property is still being mis advertised as there is NO POOL availability. One bathroom shower is lovely - one bathroom shower is mouldy. Very sparse and stingy - small minimal towels, one washing tablet, no cleaning products only empty bottles, minimal toilet rolls etc etc.
