  Lovely spacious, spotlessly clean, and well appointed apartment in a great location for golf

  Liked: The apartment is very clean and has been tastefully furnished. It's in a perfect location for the golf club.

  Disliked: It's difficult to fault the place. I'd prefer some larger size glasses for wine and water but that's just personal preference and what was provided was absolutely fine.

  Clean, comfortable, well furnished apartment

  Liked: The host met us at the agreed time and kept in contact from 2 days before arrival until the day we left, and this was over the Xmas holiday period. The property is clean, well furnished and comfortable with great views over the San Roque Golf club.

  Disliked: No negatives, only minor improvement is that there are a few light bulbs that need replacing but this did not impact our stay and we did not mention it.

  Disrespectful Owners

  Liked: The Agents were very helpful and Steve assisted me with a very serious incident.

  Disliked: I fell down the Stairs leading to the sitting room from the bedroom and broke my leg in 3 places and tore a ligament. The stairs were narrow and had no rails or no slip proof apparatus on the steps. I asked the agent through booking.com to contact the owners and advise them of the situation. As I was bedridden for 2 of the 3 days I couldn't accompany my Sister and Cousin from Australia on any siteseeing trips. I asked that the owners would consider offering me some sort of compensation. Even a couple of days free accommodation would have been sufficient. After 3 weeks, the owners have not contacted booking.com or me relating to the matter. They haven't even enquired as to my health, the healing process or my reliance on my partner to do everything for me. They have shown no remorse for how their very expensive apartment contributed towards my situation. I would not recommend renting from this owner.
