  Never again- false advertising and rude owners - only Spanish - no English

  Liked: It was a drive through for me and my 1 year old baby. We arrived at 22:30pm at the hotel Drago advertised with free parking and free crib… which both were an issue

  Disliked: It was advertised with free parking and free crib… which both were an issue. I arrived- no parking. No crib. Even worth was the staff- not a word of English! When she called the owner - the owner laughed at me saying: “you have to find your own parking - not our problem.” Sure it is a problem with a tired baby and just me and lots of luggage to carry. That’s why I searched for free parking in the filters. When there was also no crib, I said I want my money back and stay somewhere else. She just laughed and ignored me. So I had to stay. Luckily a guest helped me asking the guards from across the road to come help me. The police guard gave me his parking around the corner. Like a miracle all of a sudden they could find a crib and put it in the room while I was parking. My son was in bed by 23:15 because of this back and forth. The owner wrote me that I was rude and they don’t want me there again. Don’t worry- I will never step a foot into this Hotel. The morning staff was nice, spoke some words - at least tried- English and helped me carry down the stroller

  Great all around

  Liked: Was there just for the night and restaurants were within walking. Great value

  Disliked: Everything was great, I get a room to sleep and shower, no frills needed.

  It was great for an overnight stay

  Liked: Clean and great location but the bed was very shot in length so it was difficult for my husband to get comfortable as he is 193 tall
