  Ernesto, the owner was very mindful and exceeded everything you could reasonably expect from a host

  Liked: Romantic little hideaway in a popular but quiet marina with all services (restaurants,shops, fitness centre, shared office spaces,…). Lots of small extras and goodies provided in the accommodation.

  Amazing, special & memorable

  Liked: The property is situated in the most luxurious location. Along with its fantastic location the property itself is absolutely magnificent. It’s perfect for a 2 people stay & to have the roof to lie in the sun was fabulous. Ernesto, the host is the best host I’ve ever had. He went out of his way to make our stay the best possible experience we could have wished for & he succeeded with flying colours. We will certainly be back in the future.

  Disliked: Everything is nearly flawless with the property. It is a weather dependant property but when blessed with good weather it’s a phenomenal experience.

  Unforgettable weeks in Sotogrande

  Liked: My 6 year old son and I spent 2 unforgettable weeks in this houseboat. Nearby is the beach, many cafes. Within walking distance there is a pharmacy and a supermarket. Great location, gorgeous views, wonderful host. It's a very romantic place to relax and change the scenery. It was our first experience living in a houseboat. We were delighted. Thanks to Ernesto for wonderful days and fresh croissants.
