Very good
Beautiful venue with peaceful swimming pool
Liked: Beautiful rooms, cocooning. The staff is very nice and accommodating, they helped me a lot after I made some booking issues and they have been very dedicated. The pool area is very nice, with high trees around. They also have a shared living room and multiple terrasses. There are few parking spots. The restaurant is very nice, I had dinner there.
Disliked: Everything was great. I only have a small recommendation: the body wash provided could be better:)
Great location and fantastic place to stay
Liked: Stunning room. Great grounds. Nice pool. Stunning views. Great menu choice for evening meal. Interesting vending machine!
Very relaxing and tranquil!
Liked: the room and living room was really nice. I also loved the vibe of the restaurant very quaint with lots of windows.
Disliked: I thought the pool could have been cleaner and better maintained. It was full of bugs and there were scraps and random stuff along the fence
Good because of the restaurant nearby - best duck ever!!!
Liked: Great location for hiking right on-site. A super delicious restaurant Tajinaste Del Refugio next door—the best duck I’ve ever had. Check-in was hassle-free using the code, making it very easy to handle. There’s a vending machine near the pool where you can buy drinks (sodas, alcohol, etc.) with a card.
Disliked: There is a pool, but it wasn't cleaned. The staff was never really around, which made check-out a bit of a hassle—but you can simply leave the key at the restaurant (see above).
Great location for a short stay
Liked: Excellent location. Friendly staff. Onsite restaurant has good evening meals, although breakfast was a bit limited.
Disliked: Room was a bit cramped and bed not particularly comfortable
A perfect base for exploring a stunning part of the world
Liked: Amazing location for hikes nearby, gorgeous food & we were so well looked after.
Disliked: Sometimes the hot water was a bit hit or miss if lots of people were using the system at once, but there was plenty available as long as you were patient.
