Exceptional
Liked: Great location and views over Teror and Las Palmas. Shame the weather didn't warrant use of the pool.
Disliked: Only negative is the house was cold on the whole, and the hot water for showers gets used up quickly. But the Canarian weather would normally mean this isn't an issue (we arrived after walking in the rain). Definitely wouldn't stop us from returning.
Liked: Casa Aya is a picturesque home oozing with charm. It is spacious and well equipped. It has outdoor and indoor play areas; the private pool is naturally a huge plus (provided the weather is good enough!) Special mention to Saul, who welcomed us in such a friendly manner we will probably visit again if we ever go back to Gran Canaria!
Disliked: The location is both an asset and a drawback: the house being built on the heights of the city, it offers a gorgeous view on Teror and its surroundings. It is also a few metres away from a beautiful natural park. The downside is precisely its height: the streets leading to the house are pretty steep and narrow (something an inexperienced driver could find problematic), and walking back from the town centre does demand a little effort.

Liked: The location was amazing, with incredible views of the valley all the way to Las Palmas and the Atlantic in the background. Saul was a fantastic host. Excellent communication to meet us and hand over the keys as well as going over the property details with us. Spotless home.
Disliked: I can’t say a single thing I did not like
