Overall, we were very disappointed with both the property and the host’s handling of the issues
Disliked: The host ignored my prior message asking if any information was needed in advance, despite knowing we were leaving in the early hours. Instead, they waited until the day of arrival to request extensive guest details and withheld the key-safe code until most of it was provided, which was difficult while travelling. They eventually released the code and asked for the remaining information on arrival. The property also had issues, including insufficient heaters for all the bedrooms and frequent electricity tripping from the switchboard. We reported these problems to the host, who initially responded but then stopped communicating altogether, leaving the issues unresolved.
