Not a 4-star hotel in my opinion, and I wouldn’t choose it again
Liked: I liked the breakfast, and I appreciated that they changed my room because I wasn’t happy at all with the first one I received. I also liked the staff, who were very nice and even helped me remove a lizard that had come into my room.
Disliked: The hotel did not meet my expectations for a 4-star property. I’ve stayed in 3-star hotels before that looked much fresher and more modern than this one. The furniture, facilities, and overall style felt quite outdated and would definitely benefit from an upgrade. The first room I received was absolutely disappointing: it was very small, crowded, and unattractive. It also had an old, broken curtain in the bathroom, which I consider unacceptable for a 4-star hotel, even if it was an economy room. As for the beach, if you dream of relaxing on a towel on a sandy beach, this may not be the right place for you. The beach is mostly covered with stones, which was disappointing. I also didn’t particularly like the location. Getting to the city by bus was quite difficult and took a long time.
