Exceptional
Good location and friendly staff, with reasonable value for money, but the lack of cleanliness in the room and an unreso
Liked: We really liked the location, which is very convenient and was one of the main positive aspects of our stay. The staff were also always kind, polite, and friendly. Considering the price and location, the accommodation offers reasonable value for money.
Disliked: The main negative point was the lack of cleaning and maintenance during our stay. We stayed for four nights and the room was neither cleaned nor tidied on any of the days we requested it, which I found quite unpleasant. In addition, we had a problem with the bathroom drain, as the water wasn't draining properly. I complained at reception and was informed that the problem would be resolved, but this did not happen by the end of our stay. I believe these aspects need more attention, especially the cleanliness of the rooms and the resolution of maintenance problems reported by guests.
great value
Liked: the location was great as we had 2 children with us, the hotel is right next to the beach. Very clean, bathroom had plenty of hot water, heating and the room was big, and free parking.
Liked: Location and cleanliness
Disliked: Lack of plug sockets, bedside tables and lights
Liked: The position close to the beach, room was very clean, great price. Rooms are very big and spacious.
Disliked: Walls and doors are bit thin so is easy to be disturbed during the night by others uneducated customer. Is missing a little fridge in the room, in hot south Spain will be a great benefit. But, for the price payed, I can't complain at all.
Great location and good service
Liked: Great location! Service was excellent
