Beautiful location and well worth a stay. No AC but I stayed in autumn
Liked: I loved the location and ambience once I found it
Disliked: Parking was tricky.
Parking & driving should have been told & I would like it see if i can be compensated for this
Liked: The hotel staff did not tell me that the street in the old city of Trujillo were too narrow for the Midsize rental car. I ended up damaging the rental car which cost me $1,700. I called the hotel to ask about parking the night before & he should have told tell that I should of park in a lot outside the old city.
Disliked: If I would have parked in the lot & would have saved myself $1700 because the streets were to small for my car. Pls let me know if anything can be done to compensate me for this issue.

Liked: Brilliant location, very helpful and friendly manager, sparkling clean, super quiet, in a thoughtfully designed update of a lovely old building. Very peaceful and comfortable. And the best view we've seen from a carpark, ever!
