Liked: Excellent location, a minute or so walk from the plaza major. Only met the staff on arrival. Friendly.

Liked: Location great. Staff friendly. Room was great. AC worked well. Wasn't woken up by it being too cold or hot or going haywire (a common occurrence here)
Disliked: Honestly the only thing is that sometimes you can hear the TV from the bar (this is Spain so not having a TV on in the background causes them physical pain I think - they don't appreciate peace & quiet) But can't have everything

An excellent experience for a hostel
Liked: Location: a quiet street not 100 m away from Plaza Mayor. Staff friendliness. Cleanliness is above average for a hostel. The restaurant below is very good and no noise comes from it after 11:30. The face lift has made it feel brighter and more modern.
Disliked: Bathroom linen: although clean, they are rather old and thin. After the face lift given to the rooms, please upgrade these for an even better experience!
Great value for a great location, very near the film set like Plaza Mayor!
