Liked: Location, character and breakfast
Amazing value amazing staff!
Fantastically situated hotel, needing more attention to detail
Liked: The central location was great. Housekeeping was very good.
Disliked: 1.Despite saying we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and booking weeks in advance, we were in a very small room, above the kitchen (with extractor fans going and staff noise). We weren't expecting anything, but an acknowledgement on arrival would have been nice. 2.Facilities in bathroom are very tired (stained mastic and mouldy grout, broken tiles, leaking shower head, no shelf or hooks and no extractor fan). 3. No welcome information giving instructions to operate air conditioning, fan, or TV. 4. No safe in the room as advertised. 5. No one explained that the free car parks were not actual car parks, but spaces where you can park for free. We spent an hour looking! 6. Reception was empty most times we went to ask for advice. 7. No emergency procedure information was available in the room. 8. Floor tiles in the room were loose and uneven - although beautiful and original, not practical and footwear was required. 9. No one was in Reception when we went to check out, so had to leave the key with a lady running the breakfast buffet

Liked: Great location central to historic centre. Property has a unique Spanish vibe.
Disliked: Intermittent WiFi reception. Couple of minor maintenance issues to be addressed but didn’t detract from overall experience.
Liked: Excellent location, lovely traditional Hotel, big airy bedroom, comfy beds, lovely staff & good breakfast.
Disliked: Lack of coathangers Coffee machine in bedroom fiddly, rather have kettle Bathroom adequate but floor needs retiling Room could do with redecorating
