Exceptional
Excellent hotel if you want to be in the middle of the historical city of Úbeda
Liked: Excellent hotel, well located in Úbeda. Excellent service and breakfast. Spacious room
Disliked: Parking close by a bit crowded, not part of the hotel.
Experience Úbeda as if you were a privileged local during its heyday in a lovely mansion where one is treated royally
Liked: The property felt like home, in a grander way. It had a character of its own that was in sync with being in a place of historic importance. The architectural details, especially those of the staircase, made it easy to imagine the Úbeda that we had come to visit. Our room was comfortable and well-appointed. Valeria, the receptionist, was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. The innkeepers, Carlos and María José, personified hospitality, especially during the sumptuous breakfast service. The location was convenient to visiting the historic center and was a stone’s throw from Calle Real and its excellent restaurants and a wonderful village vibe. We were very much impressed by the excellent value of our stay.
Disliked: Nothing at all! (Do note that we had much difficulty getting a taxi from the bus station to the hotel. Taxi service in Úbeda is limited, despite the best efforts of Valeria.)
Good. Not sure if anything can be done about drain smell. Did report it, and no great improvement
