You love vultures and rapaces? go for it. You want a confortable hotel to rest, go somewhere else
Liked: Observe the feeding of vultures in the morning is a very impressive activity. Thank you to the owners for theirs explanation and passion. To quote the owner, the observatory is not an hotel but a place dedicated to vultures. So do not expect high level of confort and services as provided in an hotel. It was sufficient for us, but others might have highest expectation.
Disliked: - Complicated road to the observatory. It would be great of the owners could have a map in PDF ready to explain how to access the observatory (in differente languages). - Ideally a bit more variaty in the breakfast (eggs, etc...) - Wifi only on common spaces - Booking.com mention AC but there was none.

Liked: An Unforgettable Experience – For Everyone! Even if you’re not a birdwatching enthusiast, Observatorio de Aves Mas de Bunyol is absolutely awe-inspiring. Watching Griffon Vultures up close is a breathtaking experience, and José and Lilo’s passion for these magnificent birds makes it even more special. Unlike a traditional hide, the viewing is from a well-thought-out observation room, complete with sound, so you can hear the powerful rush of wings and the calls of the vultures as they interact. It’s a truly immersive experience that stays with you long after you leave. We also stayed overnight, which made the visit even more memorable. The accommodation was comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious—a perfect way to start the day surrounded by nature. Whether you’re a keen birdwatcher or just someone who appreciates unique experiences, this is something you won’t want to miss. Highly recommended!
Disliked: They do not serve dinner if staying overnight, so make sure you eat before you arrive or take something with you.

Disliked: access between the rooms and your car can be a bit challenging if you need something from your car. cars are not parked close to the rooms and access is via a narrow unpaved trail. it pays to plan carefully what items you need in your room.
