It was our 2nd visit, so that says it all! We like the accomodation!
Liked: This was our 2nd visit to the hotel. It'd location is very good, the breakfast was good. Our room had everything, despite the room being quite small. Staff are friendly

A beautiful view from an excellent room
Liked: Breakfast was excellent! Variety of food options and great hot coffee. The river beside the motel was so refreshing and we could see Marvao from our window! The bathroom was large, plenty of white towels and clean comfortable beds. The staff was so friendly. There is an outdoor restaurant beside the river accessible from the motel elevator.

Showed disregard for reservation that vanished
Liked: I made a reservation online for this hotel and when I arrived the owner couldn’t find a record of my reservation. To be fair neither could I. But we both had an email that they sent me with check in instructions reflective of a reservation having been made (no dates mentioned in the email). I don’t know if the mistake was on the hotel’s end or mine, but even though hotels.com was showing room availability for the night still, the owner said there were no rooms available and couldn’t explain how or why she would have sent me that email if I hadn’t had a reservation. She had no record of my name or my email address anywhere else in her system. She was disrespectful, rude, and unhelpful in helping us resolve the matter or find alternative accommodations.
