  Great location for a city trip!

  Liked: The accommodation is in the middle of the old city centre, and this was our biggest criteria. Furthermore there were spacious bedrooms with even 2 single bedrooms. As a group of friends this was nice. The accommodation was very well maintained and clean and has a big kitchen area with everything you might need.

  Disliked: Nothing worth mentioning!

  Liked: Spacious. Well equipped

  Disliked: Found 2 dead cockroaches in the kitchen, Blood on my pillow, And generally not hugely clean, Light fixings were hanging down. Bedroom fans noisy and the one in the living room did not work. Most of all the AC was in the living room only and the bedrooms were unbearably hot, oven was broken and there was no fire extinguisher which is a large safety concern. Generally the apartment felt very worn out. Check in communication was poor at best. No lockbox like most properties and we called the office and the person who was meant to meet us arrived late. We were not told anything about what to do with rubbish and we were charged for it. At over €2000 for 6 nights it was a very disappointing experience.

  Great 3 day stay in Valencia

  Liked: Really nice apartment with all the amenities you would need. Just a short walk (10 mins) to the Ciutat Vella.

  With some maintenance this place could be great

  Liked: Location good - easily accessible from the metro and close to the old town. Great price.

  Disliked: It really needs some maintenance! All the other reviews are true. - water damage on kitchen ceiling - water damage on bathroom ceiling - mouldy bathroom tiles - mould in kitchen cupboards by dishwasher - cockroach in kitchen - smell of drains in kitchen when you’ve been away for a while - loud: some bedroom windows do not shut, also bedroom fans are low and vibrate other rooms - broken chair (with three legs) in kitchen - two sets of keys but one set didn’t have the front entrance key! Watch out.

  Amazing find! Perfect for groups

  Liked: It was amazing. Great location and easy check in. The apartment is huge!!!! 3 big double bedrooms, terrace and huge living room and separate kitchen. For a group of friends with a dog it was perfect. I’d stay again with no hesitation

  Disliked: Nothing - yeah the bathroom ceiling needs painting but who cares if the apartment is great value for money
