Exceptional
Liked: My two daughters and I spent 3 nights at the apartment in early October 2026. The property was very clean and modern, well equipped and very well located as it was an easy walk into the old town and also close to buses and metro to go further out to the coast or the City of Arts and science. Bruno and Julieta were very helpful and allowed us to leave our suitcases at the apartment as we arrived early. The air con was very handy and efficient even in early October and the supermarket next door was very convenient to pick up food and drink and is open all day on Sunday. Valencia is a lovely city with lots to see and do and both my daughters felt there were plenty of activities for children. If I ever return to Valencia I would be very happy to be able to book this accommodation again.

Liked: The entire accomodation and it's setup. The air conditioning throughout the place was very welcome during the heatwave period.

* Beautiful Renovated Apartment in a Perfect Location
Liked: The property is very well located, just about a 10-minute walk from the historic center. What impressed us the most was that, upon entering, we noticed the apartment had been renovated. It was clean, and the person who guided us on how to access the apartment was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Perhaps the only thing that could be improved is the kitchen equipment. For example, I would have appreciated having more cooking utensils, such as cooking spoons and additional pans. I mention this because we were traveling with someone who has food allergies, and I usually need to cook wherever we stay to avoid that person getting sick. That said, we managed with what was available, and it was not a major issue—especially considering that when you’re on vacation, very few people actually use the kitchen anyway. 😂 We were a group of five, and I also felt that a few extra blankets would have been helpful, as the number available was somewhat limited. Other than that, everything was exceptional.
