Exceptional
Great place for a short and medium term stay
Liked: Fabio was waiting for us at the door, he was very kind and helpful. The apartment is well equiped with everything you need for a short stay. Checking in and out was very easy and simple to coordinate.
Disliked: Nothing in particular. Everything was great. Maybe not that easy to park in the street but you have a big public paid parking right in the corner.

Liked: Nice location in quiet neighborhood It’s clean, has kitchen with dishwasher Coffee machine including some coffee pads. The owner gave us a lot of good tips for restaurants and what to do
Clean, good value for money and great location
Liked: Everything was fine, the place itself is really clean, spacious and convenient. There’s everything you will need for your stay. There are many places to eat within walking distance, there’s also a Mercadona around the corner. Fabio, our host, was super nice and helpful, gave a lot of recommendations for us.
Liked: Location. The apartment was good equipped.
Disliked: The apartment has no windows, and the lack of air is a big minus. The smell was disgusting, and the bedsheets and the towels had a smell of moisture. Like they were not washed. The floor wasn't very clean. The nearby restaurant was loud, and construction works were ongoing all the time. For a stay longer than 3 days (we stayed 5), there should be more than 1 toilet paper provided. Of course, we bought 4 more and left 2 in the facility. It's not a big thing, but it bothers when you are on vacation. The sink in the bathroom was always (from day one) congested.
