Exceptional
Liked: The studio is spacious. Easy to get to the centre with public transport. If you are running Valencia half marathon it is close to start and finish.. The host is also very helpfull
Disliked: The studio is on the ground floor which for me was ok, but if you are a single female (or nrevous) it is something to take into consideration (the picture with the suitcase was my studio). I was also nervous about the noise due to it being on the ground floor but mostly quiet.

Liked: Clean, modern! I really enjoyed my stay here it had everything I needed.
Liked: Elevator, close to the bar, free parking, new kitchen appliances especially frying pan in good condition
Disliked: A bowl would be useful for preparing food, there was no space to put cosmetics while taking a shower, neighborhood is kind of noisy so we did not sleep well, a bad is decent - not very comfortable. Think about mosquito net for the windows. I expected communication over booking app. A bare minimum I expected was a message that all directions will be sent in another app, in this case whatsapp. 2 refrigerators seems to be more than I needed.
Once we found it, it was an enjoyable comfortable stay. I would go back, now I know where it is!!!
Liked: clean room with everything we needed for a 3night stay, modern facilities and access was easy once the code was given. Only 3 stops from City centre on the metro.
Disliked: It is not an aparthotel. It is a privately let apartment not in the Espai Verde complex which is in another area. It is difficult to find, and needs a proper sign clearly displaying the name. Really it could do with renaming as something more akin to its whereabouts. Even the local cab driver couldn't find it. After a tiring journey it was really not a good start. Make sure you know where you're going as you only get watts app directions. Nobody on site.
