Liked: This is a well equipped flat even down to a juicer and coffee machine, big fridge. The kitchen area was a particularly good design. It's a good comfortable walk to science area and beach. Getting in was relatively easy. Near to shops for groceries.
Disliked: Little natural light as apartment mainly lit by frosted glass of shop doors onto the street - it's a ground floor conversion. A couple of doors away is a clinic. People congregated to smoke and talk so we couldn't leave door open. We tried opening the small frosted bedroom windows but these are body height to passers by. The water (toilet flush etc) from other flats came through the flat, disturbed at every flush. The bedroom adjourned a flat at same level probably also a holiday let. This had a crying baby through the night and around 5am to sing happy birthday. It felt like we were sharing the flat. I use earphones but theses didn't drown out so for most days we were too tired to enjoy Valencia due to disturbed sleep. Basic insulation, light and routing of waste services from other apartments would have helped us enjoy. In contrast we felt compelled to be mouse silent as could be overheard the same way. Bookers should be aware of nature of clinic to decide re the risk of the location
