  Liked: - Well-equipped apartment - Comfortable beds and spacious wardrobes - Clean and spacious flat - Laundry products as well as shower gel and shampoo provided - Close to large supermarkets (Mercadona, Consum) - Near a metro station (direct connection from the airport) and a bus stop with routes to the city centre

  Disliked: - Every morning we found a large dead cockroach by the door - Noisy neighbours (especially upstairs) who seemed to be moving furniture almost every night

  A wonderful time spend in a beautiful where 2 days are too short

  Liked: Although the host was on a distance somewhere else, communication went fast and easy (using a translator app) and he was very kind. We would definetely recommend the location. Only comment we can make (if we have to) is that for a short stay it is more convenient to be closer to the center.

  Disliked: We were happy with the accodomodation.

  Liked: Very close to metro and bus, literally couple min. Mercadona is very close also. There was a electric radiator available in the flat which came handy because the weather was rainy every day and we could dry our clothes.

  Disliked: Neighbours were a bit noisy.

  Superb

  Liked: Very good and smooth communication with Prudencio. The apartment is spacious. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped and everything was clean. The beds were comfortable. There are shutters on all the windows, which allow for complete darkening of rooms. The neighborhood has shops, bakeries, bars and restaurants within walking distance. The garage is 10 min walk distance, but still good to have own parking spot.

  Disliked: There are no mosquito nets on the windows, can be an issue in some months of the year. We were careful but still had a few in the apartment (2–3), which wasn’t too bad considering it was April. The location and connections are very good however not ideal if you would like to use public trasportation e.g. to the City of Arts and Sciences The biggest downside was combination of loud neighborhood and poor sound insulation. Basic house rules for keeping noise down between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. are completely ignored. The noise was truly excessive – it went on until late at night and started again around 5 a.m. We live in an apartment ourselves and are used to some level of everyday noise, but this was on another level – very loud conversations, furniture being dragged around, and a TV blasting nonstop commercials filled with chatter and music from early morning hours.
