Exceptional
Relax in comfort in Valencia
Liked: Comfortable and with ample space, jacuzzi was great and closets were ample. The kitchen is basic. View from 4th floor balcony was over greenery and the Calatrava science park in the distance.
Disliked: The sound of the railroad and it is far away from food shopping.
Excellent location, fully equipped apartment, and spotlessly clean
Liked: Ideally located in the heart of the City of Arts and Sciences, this apartment offers unbeatable convenience—just steps from shopping malls, supermarkets, and vibrant cultural attractions. Thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for both short getaways and extended stays, it’s designed for comfort and ease. And just outside the building, you'll find a spectacular park that feels like a Disneyland for dogs—perfect for pet lovers and outdoor enthusiasts alike.
Disappointing. It appears bookings is no real improvement on Airbnb. We have found a better organization and that is wh
Disliked: No support. The manager, assume it was not an owner, never showed up. It appeared that the person cleaning the unit was who briefed us. In a hurry to get out and failed to explain the basic ref garbage, entry etc. there was not a kettle and the manager said he could get one in a few days, so no help. The hot water tanks pressure relief valve would activate and dump water over the microwave, on the counter and on to the floor. Again the manager offered nothing. There is no drain hose on the relief valve. It is adjacent to train tracks so noisy. The unit was fine but (because they are also Airbnb ) very un professional. Would not recommend or stay again. We go to Valencia every year.
Superb

Liked: Air condition. Location. Safety.
