Very good airbnb and great location

Liked: Place was clean, had facilities needed and looked better in person than on the website. Customer service was excellent, which was very pleasing and reassuring as it was our first time in Valencia. Also, the location is perfect, as it is close to everything and accessible by bus and metro.

Disliked: The flat had a stench, might have been the mop used to clean the floor. Also, we could not open the window at night due to the cigarette smell coming from downstairs shop. So, it was quite warm in the main room. The second room did not have a window, making it quite warm too. An air conditioner or fan in the rooms could have mitigated this.

Liked: Very good location, there are many different shops near the apartment. Metro from the airport goes directly to the apartments. And the bus No.32 near the house takes you to the beach and to the city center. The owner of the apartment is very friendly and helpful, before our arrival he gave precise instructions on how to find the apartment. The apartment itself is clean, spacious, with all appliances, dishes and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Disliked: It was not much hygiene tools - such as toilet paper (3 pcs.), liquid soap (1/5 of bottle), half-empty shampoo bottle. So we had to buy our, as we were staying in apartments full week.
