We had a wonderful week at this property in Cabanyal!
Liked: Great location with easy access to public transport and the beach. Calm building. Very clean and friendly staff.
Disliked: Had to pick up the keys at a different location in the center.
Liked: Perfect location - all the buses that se needed were near by.
Spacious apartment in a great location
Liked: Spacious apartment with everything you need for a short stay. Good location next to groceries stores, restaurants and tram stop. Fantastic to use the clothes airer to dry our things ate swimming or after doing the laundry. A beach umbrella would be perfect (a bit hard to pack in your luggage when traveling by plan).
Disliked: The photos show more than 1 appartement so your not sure what you're going to get.

A great spot for a trip to Valencia to see the city and enjoy the beach
Liked: Convenient location 10 minute walk to the beach, right beside tram stop that easily connects to the metro. Elevator to 5th floor apartment and provided travel crib made for an easy stay with a toddler.
Disliked: Apartment had no broom to clean during our stay.
