We had the best stay in Valencia thanks to apartamento luminoso

Liked: The location was amazing- a short walk from the beach and the port, with lots of surrounding restaurants. There is a shop round the corner to buy groceries from too. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious, with a TV and even a washing machine. Amazing facilities and very kind host.

Disliked: I could not fault anything.

  Liked: Location, WiFi

Disliked: We recommend to buy fans into bedrooms, AC was not enough for cooling in bedrooms …

Liked: The apartment was extremely clean and was in the perfect location. We were only a 5 to 10 minute walk from the beach, with easy access to the town centre as well. Judith was extremely helpful and went over the top to make sure our stay was amazing. I highly recommend this apartment to others wishing to visit valencia.

A terrible experience from the property and a poor booking.com customer support experience

Liked: Cannot comment as there was a no show by the host and we did not get to stay there!!

Disliked: The host did not turn up at the agreed time and could not be contacted. After waiting for over 1hr 30min, we had no choice but to make alternative accommodation arrangements. Cannot get a refund from Booking.com who we booked with as they need approval from the property. Ironically, booking.com customer support cannot get a response from the property either! Seriously considering deleting my booking.com account
