Exceptional
A fully equipped, cozy place to explore sunny Valencia
Liked: This apartment is a transformed business space on the groundfloor of a residential building, the entry door leads you directly to the living room. There are 5 similar apts next to each other on the corner. The location is excellent, close to public transport (bus, metro, train), close to a covered farmers' market, supermarkets, several cafes, orxatarias, but not too busy or noisy. The apartment is modern, fully equipped, you can enjoy the cooking, washing functions, we appreciated that cafe capsules, sugar, salt, tea, honey, olive oil, sweetener, yoghurt was provided, plus all kinds of cleaning stuff, towels (but not beach towel, good to know), toiletries as well. Everything is well maintained, the design is very smart and economical, the cleanliness is superb. The small bedroom has a large double bed, very comfortable. We were there in October when the weather is pleasant, so we barely needed the air-con, but we can imagine at peak summertime it is an important feature. Isolation is perfect, so no fear of "uninvited night visitors". Communication was very smooth, timely and relevant. They even let us know that the apt was ready before the official check-in time. The closest beach, the Cabanyal beach is a 15-20 min walk, but you can also hire bikes nearby. The city center (old-town) and the Arts and Science park can be easily reached (Bolt taxi cca 10€, bus, metro, or by foot cca 35-40 min), they are in different locations, but this apartment is a good starting point to all of them.

Liked: The location is very good. The apartment had everything you needed, except for a blanket and a second sheet. But in the end, we resolved the issue with the kind hosts.
Disliked: The cleanliness of the room and the bedding was not good. We wiped the dust off the shelves ourselves. The sheets weren’t ironed. We even saw someone else’s hair in the bed, brr(((. We even picked up the iron ourselves! This shouldn’t happen in the future. Some worms were crawling around in the shower. Because of this poor‑quality cleaning, the price seems too high. Another thing we could recommend is providing guests with the key code and Wi‑Fi password a bit in advance, so as not to create unnecessary misunderstandings and anxiety at the door. Otherwise, everything was great and convenient! Thank you very much!

Liked: It's a comfortable flat... near to the beaches, near to bus stops with conexión to all city. Fully recommend. There are lots of restaurants around. Ramón is a very kind guy who can help you whatever you need to know.
Disliked: TV control didn't work, so I got bored at night without TV to watch the news or whatever... despite it was reported just receiving the flat and nobody came to fix it.
Amazing stay
Liked: Beautiful stay in a charming neighborhood, close to beach and lovely restaurants. Subway and bus in walking distance. Shops are close by. Appartement perfect for a couple. Everything what you need is there.
Very nice apartment in Valencia
Liked: Clean and nice apartment with everything you need, even 2 beach towels and a beach chair. The location is excellent, close to the beach, local shops, the local market, as well as metro, bus and tram stations from where you have a connection with the whole city. Recommendation for both a short and a little longer vacation!
