Brilliant location, great place for a short stay by the sea
Liked: Fantastic location, overlooking the sea. Lots of eateries nearby and convenient transport connections nearby. Juanvi was very accommodating and great at communicating.
Liked: Amazing location. Aircon was fantastic in the heat wave. Good communication with host. Everything needed for a beach stay.
Perfect apartment, great location and a great host
Liked: We stayed at Apartamento playa Las Arenas in Valencia for 10 nights (Jan 9–Jan 19), and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The location is perfect, close to the beach and everything you want within easy reach. The apartment was bright, spotless, and well equipped, with everything we needed to feel comfortable. Check in was also extremely smooth. The electronic locks and lockbox made arrival simple, secure, and stress free. Juanvi was very helpful and responsive, and everything was exactly as described. That level of reliability makes a big difference when you are traveling. We also loved the city itself. Valencia is wonderful and the locals are genuinely kind and welcoming. We visited Bioparc and the Oceanogràfic by taxi, and it was both affordable and easy. Taxis were readily available around the city, especially near places like hospitals, hotels, and other key areas where you would expect to find them. We highly recommend this apartment and would happily stay here again.
Disliked: The only thing we could possibly “complain” about is that it rained a little, twice. Which, to be fair, is not the apartment’s fault, unless it also controls the weather and decided to test us. Jokes aside, it really was a non issue. The apartment was so comfortable that having a couple of rainy days was actually fine, it just gave us an excuse to slow down and relax.

Liked: Good location near the restaurants and beach in a great city. The host was very friendly and helpful. The flat was nice if a bit small. It had everything needed.
Disliked: The bed was a bit on the firm side. Parking was difficult with the nearby public parking 'patrolled' by young men.
We had a great stay in the apartment, great view, great stuff
Liked: The apartment is on the best location in Valencia. Next to the beach and restaurants, bus stations, magazines. The apartment is just 2 minutes walk to the beach. Juanvi is the best host I have ever met! He is super friendly and helpful. At the check out he brings to our little daughter a good bye gift! He was so nice with us! Thank you Juanvi for all!!!
Disliked: The apartment wasn’t clean enough, the bedsheets was overused, the plates and kitchen appliances were dirty. It is a sofa bed in the living room but we can’t use it because it was dirty.
