Fabulous
Could've been better
Liked: The studio is well furnished and matches the photos, with a few utensils and pots for cooking, and a TV with all the main apps. There was coffee, coffee machine, hairdryer and a flat iron. Communication with the host was excellent, and access to the flat was smooth and straightforward, the location is quite ok if you want to visit the city, there are also shops and restaurants nearby.
Disliked: However, there were a few downsides. The walls are very thin, so you can easily hear the neighbours, almost as if they were in the same room. There’s also a construction site right outside the window, which creates quite the noise and dust. The studio isn’t very well ventilated, and there was a noticeable smell of mould and stale air. The cleanliness of the sheets, couch, and towels also left something to be desired, we didn’t feel entirely comfortable using them. Unacceptable for a flat at this price. It's also hard to find parking nearby.
Construction works in 2 metres
Disliked: Imagine. You dream of vacation to Valencia. And then you have 2 days of the hell: the construction noisy works are right behind your window. You don't wakeup normally, no. At 7-00 the workers and heavy construction equipment help you to wake up. They shout: "Arriba, arriba", this I will definitely learn by heart. And all this just for 130 EUR per night. My poor daughter could not have a day nap. I am deeply impressed why this information is not published in the description of the apartment. I could book smth another and escape the 2 days of hell.
