  Liked: Location good for sites. Ok apartment.

  Disliked: Apartment 8. If you're a light sleeper and be as unlucky with the upstairs guestd talking loudly until 1 a.m., an alarm clock going off at 0430 and dropping things on floor and person lifting and putting down shutters at 1a.m. and scraping the floor with table noise, it's not the place for you! I had very little sleep. The walls are so thin

  Liked: The appartement has a perfect location. Especially I would positively highlight the communication with the reception Marta and Lina. They were always reachable via WhatsApp and supported me immediately (within 2-3 minutes)

  Liked: The apartment is in an excellent location in the Old Town, within walking distance of most attractions and close to the metro and buses

  Disliked: Good location, but significant issues during our stay. Unfortunately, we experienced several issues: • Ant infestation: We returned to find food we had left out completely covered in ants. This was the most serious issue during our stay. • Inaccurate description: The apartment did not fully match the description on the website. The living area had no window and very limited natural light, making it feel dark and claustrophobic. • Poor Wi Fi: The Wi Fi was very inconsistent. It was particularly poor in the bedroom, although it was better in the living area. • No air conditioning in the bedroom: This made the bedroom extremely hot at night and made it difficult to sleep. • Limited kitchen facilities: The cooking and washing up area was very small and difficult to use. Most disappointing was how our concerns were handled. Once we reported the ant problem, we felt that our concerns were dismissed rather than properly addressed. We were offered cleaning but no suitable alternative accommodation, and the communication became rude and unsupportive.
