  Liked: Very convenient location. The flat had all the basics you might need. Kitchen was a big plus for our long stay. We asked for more electric fans as it was too hot and we received them promptly.

  Great vacations

  Liked: Great customer service. Very fast response. Great location. Good compromise between old city and a plage. Very close to Turia gardens. And if you want to watch a game on Mestalla Stadium it's fantastic.

  We had a wonderful three week stay. With some basic upgrades, this place would merit a score of 10

  Liked: Great location, family and student/university neighborhood without the tourist crowds. Two blocks from the Turia gardens, which makes for easy access to the whole city. The bedrooms were spacious and bright, useful entryway with coat rack. The kitchen was a good size with a large refrigerator. The beds were comfortable. Overall, the apartment was great for a three week stay.

  Disliked: The living room furniture was functional but somewhat cheap and uncomfortable. An upgrade to commercial quality furniture would make this a better rental. The kitchen needs more basic utensils: we bought tea/coffee mugs, a cutting board, place mats for the glass table, serving bowl, and tea pot. Water damage in the bathrooms should be repaired, and simple corner shields would prevent water from leaking all over the floor.

  Amazing!

  Liked: The location was perfect, 10min walking to the city center. There were bus stops very close to the apartment as well as few bigger supermarkets. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean, so 10/10 overall. The host was so helpful. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

  Good price and good location - but unfortunately, that's about it

  Liked: Pretty good location: about 15 minutes to go downtown, and about 15 minutes to go to the beach (with the car, taxi, or Uber). Decent neighborhood: supermarket and pharmacy nearby for all essentials, subway station is about a 2-minute walk away. The owner was pretty friendly and responded to our request for new cooling fans immediately.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, the photos did not match the real apartment. There was mold and mildew on the shower curtains as well as on the closet walls, as well a permeating sewage smell coming out of the kitchen. Furthermore, the dishwasher leaked water throughout the kitchen. Bathroom floor tiles and caulk were dirty and dusty. When we first arrived, we found out that there was only one air conditioning unit in the main room/living room. The apartment was very hot and unbearable. The fans in the bedrooms did not work either. However, the owner brought up new fans immediately. Beds were pretty rudimentary. The bedding was a bit smelly so we had to use the laundromat right downstairs to get them rewashed and dried. Overall, the apartment was bare-bones and in my opinion, needs a thorough cleaning and as well as TLC before being offered to guests again (especially with the mold issues).
