Fabulous
Liked: Location is amazing. Very well equipped apartment (and the kitchen especially). Friendly welcome by the owner. Comfortable couch.
Disliked: The walls of the adjacent Apartments are really thin, so we could hear their footsteps, crying baby etc during the day and night. The smell of the downstairs neighbours smoke.
Comfortable stay
Liked: Comfortable clean apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Not in the city centre but a short tram ride away. Close to the beach and restaurants.
Disliked: Having to give a 150 Euro bond in cash for potential damages
Comfortable fourth floor apartment near beach and marina
Liked: The apartment owners communicated very well through the booking com app message service. Beatriz was friendly, helpful and polite when she met us to check in and out. The apartment location was excellent for the beach and marina. It was also close to many bars, restaurants and a small supermarket. There is also a metro and bus stop right outside, with links to the city centre and other neighbourhoods. The bedroom was small, but the bed was.comfortable and the air conditioning in the lounge worked well. The bathroom was clean and modern and had a spacious shower. It was also good to have the use of cooking and laundry facilities, as well as a hairdryer and iron. Overall, we had a comfortable stay.
Disliked: The bedroom could be a little warm as it did not have an air con unit. We stayed as a couple, so leaving the internal doors open to have it cooled by the main air con unit helped. There are 4 flights of stairs to reach the apartment. This may be an issue for some guests. It doesn't state this clearly in the description.
Liked: ALL GOOD. JUST THE WALLS ARE QUITE THIN AND WEAK SO IN YOUT BEDROOM YOU HEAR THE NEIGHBOR AS IT WAS SITTING NEXT TO YOU IN YOUR ROOM. THAT WAS BIT ANNOYING. OTHERWISE, THE APARTMENT WAS FINE AND WHOLE AREA, BEACH, RESTAURANTS WAS QUITE NICE AND GOOD.
Wonderful place for great money!
Liked: Very close to the sea 7 minutes walk, excellent transportation, hairdryer was there, shower facilities too, except for shampoo, but everything is individual, the kitchen is available, clean, air conditioning worked, the host called in advance and met on time, everything was great
Disliked: There were some noisy neighbors, but it didn't bother us much

Liked: Air-conditioning, free parking in the area, public transport to the centre just meters away from the building.
