Exceptional
Perfect stay just outside the main area/ old town of Valencia. Super easy to commute around either by bike or taxi
Liked: Amazing studio, great location- about a 10/15 min bike ride to the old town. The kitchen is so well equipped - has all the essentials you’d need. Sleeps 4 people very easily/comfortably. Good bathroom with washing machine available to use too!

Clean and comfortable
Liked: So clean and the owner was very quick with responding to any queries. It has a lot of amazing facilities and so close to the centre of Valencia with a bus stop less than a minute away. Also, two supermarkets and other restaurants close by. Felt very safe!!
Location was not to my expectations
Liked: The apartment itself is nicely renovated and has everything you need for a short stay. It includes a functional kitchen and a dining table that comfortably seats four people, which was convenient for our family.
Disliked: The biggest disappointment was the location. Since I wasn't familiar with Valencia, I didn't pay as much attention to the neighborhood as I should have when booking. The apartment is located in a more run-down residential area. While driving around looking for parking, we accidentally ended up on nearby streets with graffiti and several abandoned buildings, which made the area feel less comfortable, especially with small children. It reminded me of parts of Brooklyn, NY. The property is also much farther from the main attractions and better restaurants than we expected—about a 30-minute walk into the city center. During the evening, we didn't feel comfortable walking back with our children. The apartment is on the first floor. Although the listing reviews mention that it's located in front of a bus stop, it doesn't mention that it's also directly across from large public garbage bins, which wasn't the most pleasant view or environment. The beds and pillows were another disappointment. The mattresses, pillows, and bedding could definitely use an upgrade, as they weren't very comfortable. Overall, the apartment itself has potential and is well-equipped, but the location would make me choose a different place on my next visit to Valencia.
Liked: The apartment was really nice and super clean. Friendly host and also there is a bus stop outside of the main door. Close to the old town and 5mins walk from supermarket. I will definitely stay in the same place again. I totally recommend it
