Exceptional
Quite comfortable would recommend
Liked: Close to the arts and sciences, close restaurants facility was very nicely appointed beds comfortable and clean
Disliked: Access to the center of the city was by public transport, mostly buses easier with taxi or Uber. Nearest supermarket was a reasonable walk. Would it be nice to have some basic amenities apart from coffee?
Kind and welcoming hosts, a spacious apartment with excellent laundry facilities, and an ideal, quiet location near the
Liked: The hosts are very kind and welcoming. The apartment is spacious, and both the washing machine and tumble dryer work perfectly. The location is ideal, close to the City of Arts and Sciences and well connected to the city centre. It’s quiet in the evenings, with cafés, restaurants and a shopping centre nearby. Parking is available in the garage or in the free (and safe) parking area outside. Online check-in requires passport photos, but this is part of the check-in process, so guests shouldn’t be alarmed.
Disliked: We have nothing negative to say!
Perfect stay in Valencia city
Liked: The apartment is perfect for a stay in Valencia. Large and spacious, clean, with very comfortable beds, two comfortable bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen (coffee and tea were available). Parking is available in the underground garage. Host Alex was very nice, quickly handing over the keys and providing all the necessary information, and was in contact with us whenever needed. The City of Arts and Sciences and the beautiful Turia Gardens are within walking distance. Grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants are also nearby. We recommend! Gracias:)
Disliked: Only details - a non-working microwave and missing wheels on the dishwasher shelves
Liked: Location, cleaning.
Disliked: The boiler was not working properly and although the host promptly came to fix it when called, it did not work the next day and we couldn’t take a shower before leaving the apartment.
Recommendation!
Liked: Perfect location, in very quiet and nice neighborhood, few minutes walking distance from city of arts and just across the street of the park. Very spacious and comfortable with lot of amenities. Host Alex was friendly and easy to communicate with.
Disliked: Wi-fi in bedrooms was very bad.
Superb
Liked: Excellent stay, good base to explore Valencia.
