Exceptional
Perfect for my needs, location and price
Liked: The accommodation is more of a three star. Some area in the apartment look worn and dirty, but I think that’s just due to high traffic of guests Saying that it offered a lot more than other four and five star hotels do. You had a communal kitchen and lounge, you shared the fridge with another bedroom. Each room was given 2 L of water, a litre of milk and some finger cakes. There was also an oven and a hob to use and a washing machine to use. It suited the purpose of me. I felt safe in accommodation and safe in the area I was in.
Disliked: I think possibly a TV in bedrooms would be beneficial or even a radioUnderstandable not in the communal sitting room
Liked: - Kiara was an amazing help throughout my entire stay and would support in all possible ways. - location is superb
Practical stay in Valencia 🙌🏻 Nice host
Liked: Our host was very kind and helpful we had delay with the flight but she came to the apartment late at night. The location was ok. The apartment room big enough. Fitted kitchen with drink inc. Coffee and some sweets.
Disliked: Some repairs were made in the Apartment as we were there (was communicated to as we arrived not before). Was not that baaad, made a bit sleeping harder.

Shared apartment close to Arts and Sciences, with private bathroom and free street parking
Liked: The apartment has two private rooms with their own bathrooms and a shared living room/kitchen. There were no problems during my stay, everything was functional, clean and the location is great - short walk from the Arts and Sciences, and there's a bus stop nearby with lines taking you to the city center in 20 minutes or so. There's free street parking, although finding a spot can sometimes be a bit of a challenge. And Kiara was an amazing host, thoughtful and with a flexible check-in time as well as good recommendations of local cafes and restaurants.
Disliked: The bed was OK, but the bed frame is a bit noisy (creaks and squeaks) whenever you move and the mattress has already seen its best days. It might also be easy to misjudge the booking description that says each room has their own kitchenette, which is not true - the kitchen and living room areas are shared between the different rooms. For that reason I think the price could also be a bit lower, especially during the off-season.
Disliked: The overall interior and technical condition of the apartment does not correspond to the rental price. Cleanliness was below expectations. For a similar amount, it is possible to rent a hotel room in significantly better condition.
