Fabulous
Liked: It’s a large, comfortable and modern apartment.
Disliked: It is on the ground floor, directly accessible from the street. Initial access was a challenge as it required a digital solution. There is no windows except the iced ones, denying us proper daylight or understanding of the weather outside. Parking is a huge issue. We ended up parking our rental car nearly 1 km away, paying nearly 30€ a day.
Parking is a nightmare
Liked: The apartment (apart-studio) is very comfortable, has lots of closet space and a very ample bathroom with great shower.
Disliked: The location is not ideal. If you travel by car, parking is very troublesome. The apartment is advertised with parking but there is never availability at any price so the default is parking on the street which is very difficult to get and very inconvenient, if you can find it. Not recommended.
Liked: We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, close to everything we wanted to see and do in Valencia. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was smooth and easy from check-in to check-out. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Pretty nice stay
Liked: Nice apartament, clean and very spacious. It has everything you will need. Location is pretty good, a good walk from the center.
Disliked: It was pretty loud since the apartament is by the street. I didn’t like their opening system, if your phone dies, you have no access to the room.

Liked: Apartment very nice, cleaned, smart and close to the metro.
Disliked: In front of the public rubbish bins (also of glass)
