Exceptional
A lovely place for a family stay in Valencia
Liked: The location is ideal for families with children, as there are plenty of attractions and activities for kids nearby. A great starting point for exploring Valencia with the whole family. However, it is not within walking distance of the historic city center.
Disliked: The main downside was the street noise. Traffic from the road outside was very noticeable and could be quite disturbing. However, this might just be a personal issue, as I live in a very quiet area with almost no traffic, so I'm used to a much quieter environment.
Best stay ever!
Liked: High ceilings and 2 ACs, 2 big beds and everything that is needed. The location is amazing! Not loud street outside! Mercadona in 5’ walking! Everything is clean and tidy!

Overall, place has a lot of potential to be amazing but there were unfortunate circumstances
Liked: The room looked very fancy and modern, location was good, staff was pretty responsive, kitchen was well stocked, the place was really big.
Disliked: We ran into some pretty major issues. Upon arrival at 16:00, our room was not cleaned from the previous guests. We informed the host and the communication was a little difficult because of the language barrier, but we went out and when we came back at night, the room was cleaned and the host left us with wine and chocolate as an apology which was greatly appreciated. The host also stopped responding at one point during this but outside of that, was pretty responsive. Our second night, the ceiling started dripping water and continued until we checked out. Luckily, it was dripping near the entrance rather than onto us. It was not raining that day. This does feel like something out of the host's control but I still wanted to mention it. Last, the day we were checking out, the next guests came in at around 10:30 in the morning (when we had until 11:00 to check out) and were trying to enter the apartment. We were also surprised to see the entrance to the apartment is directly into the street, though this didn't really prove to be a problem.
Liked: The location was great and so was the overall stay
Disliked: There is only one bathroom for 5 people
