Exceeded expectations overall
Liked: Spacious room, great location, delicious breakfast selection. Amazing welcome by Geraldine who was helpful, informative, friendly and went above and beyond to help us.
Disliked: The hairdryer is poor quality and should be replaced with something more effective and powerful The male breakfast chef was lacking any customer skills, was miserable and seemed to resent us ordering omelettes each day- he clearly did not want to be show cooking. On our forth day it was a different lady who was smiley and cheerful and happily made us a fabulous omelette - a BIG difference.
Enjoyable
Liked: Easy access. Lifts efficient. Breakfast very good. Staff lovely & helpful. Roof top bar a lovely bonus.
Disliked: A little dated/shabby in bedroom. Didn’t really like the open nature of ‘bathroom’area—not particularly private! Pool very small!
