Exceptional
Great location close to everything and overall very good
Liked: Very clean tidy and nice layout, owner was very kind and friendly

Overall, our stay was good and comfortable. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms
Liked: The property was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was also nice. Lots of different places to eat around the area.
Disliked: The parking on the back of the building was hard to get. We had to walk 15 mins to the nearest parking structure. Also, the front door of the hotel was the same level as the street. We came home one afternoon and there was pee on the door. We had to rinse it, but smell was still there.
Liked: I like the location of the property.
Disliked: I did not like that the apartment was advertised as 2 rooms. Yes, there are 2 sleeping locations. But with the rooms not having doors, there was no real privacy for the occupants. At least for my group where it was a couple and myself. Also, the squeaky floors from the top bedroom were so loud. It interferes with sleep and no actual privacy.
Nice Valencia experience
Liked: Really nice apartment with full set of accessories, we had the bigger one with two bedrooms and two bathrooms which was good. Apartment has good location, close to shopping center (just 800m by walk), relatively close to the beach as well. Everything was nicely prepared including basic refreshment like coffe, suger, tea etc.
Disliked: Entrance is direcly on the street sidewalk which evokes in passersby to knock on windows sometimes. Some equipment in bathrooms looks that needs change. When we arrived we had to mop the floor again. Bathroom corners had mold (owner informed so hopefully cleaned out now:-))
Great location, friendly host, clean, modern - everything we needed!
Liked: Amazing location - 5 mins to Martim Metro which is on Line 5678 - easy acess to city centre, the beach and the airport from this metro. 10mins walk to a Lidl but a smaller corner shop a the top of the road. Apartment had everything we needed.
Disliked: Would recommend for 2 friends or someone travelling for work but not sure the layout would work for that many more groups of people.
Excellent stay in an super apartment. If I’ll be back to valecia I’ll definitely sta in there again
