  Convenient location

  Liked: Convenient location for getting to the Ciutat de les Artes y les Ciencies by bus. Comfortable beds. We found street parking one block over.

  Disliked: No major issues - a few cosmetic things in the kitchen and living room, and very strong air fresheners.

  Liked: The neighborhood is excellent, with great tapas bars and restaurants. The beach is 10 minutes away. The streets are clean, and public safety is good.The apartment is fully equipped to meet every need, and the furnishings are brand new.

  Disliked: The layout of the apartment actually resembles a cave, and it is very humid. The air conditioning has to be kept running constantly. A balcony is sorely missed.There was a problem with the electric gate code, so we used the key.

  Me and my children really liked it

  Liked: Close to the beach: 15 minutes' walk, with a bus stop nearby. The apartment is wonderful: beautifully designed, new furniture, and wonderfully equipped with appliances: a washing machine, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, and air conditioning—just what you need in the hot autumn months. I especially liked that they had essentials: tea, sugar, salt, spices, and water, which is very important when you arrive very late and all the stores are already closed, especially when traveling with children.

  Liked: Excellent apartment in a prime location. The host allowed us an early check-in, even though the standard check-in time is from 4 PM. Everything was extremely clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended!

  Apartment in a good location with thin walls & ceiling

  Liked: The apartment is located in El Cabanyal relatively close to the beach and in proximity of other turist attractions. The fact that we could leave the luggage before checking in was a bonus for us. The apartment has what you would expect in order to prepare breakfast or have a light dinner. The owner is responsive and have done the check-in /out proces through whatsapp.

  Disliked: We have read about the noise problem from the street which would be acceptable but apartment we were in has really thin walls and ceiling. The upstairs neighbours were walking with shoes on and were hitting items through their apartment on a nightly bases making loud noises from 10 PM until 2-3 AM which is really annoying since you can't have a proper rest so then you wake up in the morning to take advantages of traveling. We stayed 10 days so this was no one time exception...
